Sher’re Dozier is the Administrative Coordinator for Portsmouth Economic Development. A graduate from Concordia University where she received her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. Ms. Dozier also received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications-General Broadcasting, from Norfolk State University.  With a goal in completing her Doctorate degree in the field of Education. Ms. Dozier has 12 years of experience in the City of Portsmouth, within the field of Administration for the Portsmouth Police Department, also in within Education; as a Teacher for Portsmouth Public Schools, and Executive Assistant for the Portsmouth City Manager’s Office. Ms. Dozier is a proud member of Portsmouth Economic Development.
