As an Administrative Coordinator with the City of Portsmouth’s Economic Development Department, Faith Griffin supports a wide range of projects that promote local business growth and community development. With a background in Human Resources and a degree in HR Management, she brings strong organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills to every role she takes on.

In addition to her public service experience, she's a published author and small business owner. She's passionate about helping people succeed, whether through supporting internal teams, organizing complex projects, or creating tools that empower others. Faith is always looking for ways to grow and contribute more deeply to the communities she serves.
